Hungry...

"The Winner Takes It All" started everything. WHOOOAAAA... suddenly it's there again, this overwhelming hunger to want to MAKE music.

I've desperately tried to ignore the fact that whilst listening non-stop to either ABBA or Chopin during the last week (I know, what a combination!) all I wanna do is play and sing that stuff myself. The melodies are absolutely incredible, in both cases and it physically makes me ache to want to play/sing them.

I swear - when this uni thing is over and I know more precisely where my life is going, I will go back to taking piano lessons. I wish I'd never stopped. The skill it takes to play Chopin is almost beyond reach, especially now when I can barely remember the first few bars of "Für Elise". But I need to believe that I can get there. And I will. Once this nightmare is over. Last famous words at age 28 ;-)
